Systems for receiving signals, including television signals, via satellites through satellite tracking antennae in airplanes, buses and other passenger vehicles and at stationary sites and displaying these signals to passengers and others All components of the systems are on board the vehicles they serve or at the relevant stationary sites System components are-- 1 satellite tracking antennae mounted in vehicles or at the relevant stationary sites; 2 units within vehicles and at stationary sites for receiving television signals and other signals from antennae and distributing them to passenger video display units and to persons at the relevant sites; 3 centralized control and display stations in vehicle cabins and at the relevant sites; and seat-back video display units at passenger seats and at the relevant sites
