Transmitters used in products for public communications use, enterprise use, SOHO use and in wireless communications; recorded computer software, namely, embedded software integrated into communication equipment to implement communication protocols and application software for use in management systems, authentication, authorization and accounting systems, operation support systems and network operations; optical communication equipment, namely, SONET (Synchronized Optical Networks) or MSTP (MultiService Transportation Platform) optical communication equipment for backbone, metro or enterprise network interconnection; transmitters of electronic signals; antennas; telephone devices, namely, routers, LAN switches and gateways that can carry data network for data communication; accessing apparatus, namely, BNAS(Broadband Network Access Server), voice access gateway, user access gateway that can implement access to user networks at the edge of core networks and control user data, service quality, policies, safeguard, authenticate and bill by deployment of such devices, all for data communication; PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Networks) switch facilities including PBX (Private Branch eXchange) and lAD(Integrated Access Device) for use with exchanging voice services; carrier wave facilities, namely, DLC systems connected by standard V5 interface with switch, including host devices, remote devices and transmission systems that provide users with access to services by means of channel multiplexing in the public communication network
