Providing temporary remote-access web-based use of on-line, non-downloadable proprietary software under a service agreement for business organization solutions in the fields of human capital management services and project management services, namely collection, evaluation, analysis and reporting for management, organization, retrieval and analysis, of project and employee timesheets, expense reports, suppliers' invoicing, and the facilitation of the integration of data to an enterprise's project management systems, namely, the coordination of multiple invoices with general ledger and accounts payable systems, in International Class 042.
