A programmable automation controller (PAC) for use in industrial settings to perform remote equipment monitoring, automation, process control, and data acquisition functions, such as digital and analog control, serial string handling, proportional-integral-derivative controller (PID), and flow measurement; A multi-stream flow control and measurement computer with an optional integral keypad for the control and measurement of products, including, but not limited to, hydrocarbon fluid and gas flows, biofuels and petroleum derivatives; A multifunction, multidomain, openly connected device capable of communicating with other Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) and process control devices; An automated system controller that performs control, measurement, custody flow measurement, and data management functions, namely, fiscal measurement, custody transfer, batch loading, meter proving, pipeline control, leak detection, sampling and valve control capability, performance processing, calculation and communications, PAC-styled programming and process control capabilities and other transmission applications; A process controller and computer for flow measurement of fluid and gas streams and stations, in any combination, as a stand-alone or as a component in metering applications integrated into a supervisory control system
