Site development professional services, namely, administrative zoning services, antenna mount analysis services, structural analysis services, permitting application services, title review services, zoning and permitting analysis, and construction drawing services; Tower services, namely, management of installation, replacement, and maintenance of microwave systems on towers, management and deployment of temporary cell site on wheels to provide cellular coverage, civil and electrical construction for AC and DC cell site power, service, upgrades, building and telco, installation, replacement, and maintenance of tower, coax, fiber, antenna, radio, and frequency capacity upgrades, commissioning and integration services to ensure cell sites are properly connected to an OEM network and functioning correctly, management of civil construction and installation of new and modified DAS including power, telco, commissioning, and integration, management of installation, integration, and power-up for new and upgraded generators at cell sites, construction of small cell civil work including electrical, telco, grounding, installation of electronics, commissioning, integration, and turn up to provide wireless coverage and capacity, construction of cell towers, provision of skilled crew members for tower and civil troubleshooting; Utility communication network services, namely, RF drive testing to analyze the quality of cellular network coverage, analysis of geographical areas based on customer-provided parameters to determine the proposed radio frequency coverage and site counts within a specified area, maintenance inspection services at tower or sites to ensure it is safe, secure, and functioning properly, safety inspection services, post-construction inspection services
