Management Services Organization (MSO) services for oral and maxillofacial surgery practices, namely support services in the field of consolidated financial reporting, monthly financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, bookkeeping services, accounts payable and processing tools, and payroll processing tools; procurement, namely, identifying and negotiating with suppliers; marketing and growth support, namely, analyzing and implementing growth strategies tailored to individual practices, review and improvement of direct-to-patient and referral marketing programs, projected expected return on investment and source suppliers, due diligence, market analysis, and negotiations; staff recruiting and training; and benchmarking data, namely, comparing overhead, fee schedules, and reimbursements to similar practices.
